1. Provider and scope

nobb is operated by Signum Magnum Corporation GmbH, Schöffelstraße 9/1, 2380 Perchtoldsdorf, Austria. These terms apply to visitors, renters, private hosts, and organizations unless a separate written agreement takes precedence.

An account may be used only by a person with full legal capacity or a duly represented organization. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. nobb’s role

nobb provides a digital platform for search, listings, requests, communication, payment processing, and records. The contract for use of a parking space is between the host and renter. nobb does not own, rent, or operate the listed parking space.

nobb may review listings, evidence of authority, and activity to prevent misuse and protect the platform. This review is not a public authorization and does not replace a user’s own checks.

3. Account and access

  • Details must be accurate, current, and relate to the account holder or represented organization.
  • One account may be used to rent and host. Separate or transferred accounts are not permitted.
  • Access uses a time-limited email code. Users must protect their email account and signed-in devices and report suspected misuse promptly.
  • nobb may restrict access where necessary to protect users, data, payments, or the platform.

4. Listings and host duties

  • Hosts may list only parking spaces they are legally entitled to provide for the stated period.
  • The address, dimensions, entry, access, availability, price, and restrictions must be complete and accurate.
  • Required consents, permits, insurance, taxes, and charges are the host’s responsibility.
  • The exact address and sensitive access information may be shared only through the designated booking step.

5. Request and contract formation

The renter selects a space, vehicle, and term and sends a request. The host may accept or decline within the displayed period. Acceptance provisionally reserves the dates for the displayed payment period.

A binding parking contract forms only after the required payment is confirmed in time and nobb shows the booking as confirmed. If a response or payment deadline expires, the dates are released. The price and conditions shown before confirmation govern the booking.

6. Rental term and additional months

  • Every booking lasts at least 24 hours and no more than 30 days.
  • A booking ends automatically at the confirmed end time. It never renews silently or automatically.
  • The host may offer or the renter may request another 30 days. The other party must expressly agree.
  • Each additional month is a separate nobb booking with a new price confirmation and payment. The current booking remains unchanged until its agreed end.

7. Prices, payments, and host plans

Renters see the total price before making a binding declaration. Renters pay no additional service fee. Hosts pay the commission and any monthly fee shown on the host-pricing page. Business terms are agreed separately.

Payments are handled by the payment provider named in the booking flow. Hosts are responsible for taxes on their income and accurate billing details. A confirmed booking’s price and commission are not changed retrospectively.

8. Cancellation, failure, and refunds

The cancellation, refund, and failure rules for a booking are displayed before binding confirmation. Mandatory withdrawal, warranty, and refund rights remain unaffected.

If a parking space is inaccessible or differs materially from the listing, the host and renter must inform nobb without delay. The next steps follow the conditions shown at booking and all mandatory legal rights.

9. Use, messages, and ratings

  • Users must not publish unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, threatening, or rights-infringing content.
  • Contact and payment arrangements must not be used to move a current or subsequent rental first arranged through nobb outside the platform.
  • After a completed booking, the actual renter may rate the host once with one to five stars. Manipulated or abusive ratings may be removed.
  • A space may be used only for the agreed vehicle, not for storage, repairs, dangerous materials, or unlawful activity.

10. Availability and liability

nobb works to provide a secure and available service. Maintenance, incidents, and third-party services may cause interruptions. The host is generally responsible for listing details, the condition of the space, and the legal right to provide it.

nobb has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and any mandatory statutory liability. Otherwise statutory liability rules apply, and consumer rights are not restricted.

11. Termination and current bookings

Users may close their account after open matters are resolved. nobb may suspend or terminate an account for material cause. Confirmed bookings, open claims, and statutory retention or evidence duties remain unaffected.

Ending a host plan does not terminate a confirmed rental. New listings or bookings may be restricted according to the applicable plan limit.

12. Changes, law, and contact

Changes apply prospectively. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. The version governing each confirmation is recorded.

Austrian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their habitual residence. Jurisdiction and alternative dispute resolution follow mandatory law. Contact office@nobb.com or use the contact form.
