Cancellation and refunds The parking rental contract is between the host named in the booking and the renter. Signum Magnum Corporation GmbH operates Nobb and handles cancellation and refund requests for the booking. The host's business or private status is shown before payment. Mandatory legal rights take priority over this policy, including applicable consumer protection in the renter's country of habitual residence. Before payment, renters may withdraw a request without charge. Host acceptance expires if the displayed payment deadline is missed. Payment alone does not replace a booking confirmation. A late payment collected without a confirmed reservation must be refunded in full. Cancel before the confirmed rental start time for a full refund of the amount paid for that rental, with no cancellation charge. This promise applies even after a withdrawal period has ended. The booking's Vienna local time controls the deadline. Once the rental has started, a change of plans, late arrival, early departure or no-show does not by itself qualify for a contractual refund. Mandatory withdrawal, price-reduction, termination and compensation rights remain unaffected. The host and renter may agree to an additional refund through Nobb. The host credits saved expenses and benefits from letting the same space to someone else during the same period. The host cannot collect rent twice for that period. Every rental ends at its confirmed end time without automatic renewal. If the host cancels before the start or cannot provide the agreed space at the start, the renter receives a full refund. If the space becomes unusable during the rental without the renter being at fault, the renter receives a refund proportionate to the duration and extent of the lost use, calculated from the amount actually paid. Further legal rights remain unaffected. A replacement space requires the renter's agreement. Report access problems promptly through the booking or to office@nobb.com, with the booking number, affected dates and a short description. A delayed report does not automatically remove statutory rights. Nobb pauses a pending payout for that booking during review. An earlier payout does not extinguish a valid refund claim. An amount owed following a valid cancellation before the start or a valid withdrawal is refunded without undue delay and within 14 days after the declaration is received. Other refund claims are handled without unnecessary delay; an established amount is paid within 14 days. An internal review or missing host approval does not extend a statutory deadline. Refunds use the original payment method and carry no renter processing charge. An alternative method requires the renter's express agreement and must cost the renter nothing. Bank posting times can add time before the credit appears. The renter receives confirmation of the amount and processing status. All consumer renters receive a contractual 14-day withdrawal right, including when renting from a private host. Mandatory rights against business hosts remain unaffected. The period starts after the day the booking confirmation is received, subject to statutory extensions for missing information. A timely, unambiguous withdrawal needs no reason or host approval. Use the withdrawal function and its confirmation step, email office@nobb.com, or contact the named host directly. Hosts authorize Nobb to receive the declaration on their behalf. Nobb immediately acknowledges its content and receipt time on a durable medium. The special EU consumer protections for contracts with a business do not apply to the rental contract with a private host. This policy's contractual withdrawal right and other rights under the rental contract still apply. Consumer rights against Nobb as the platform provider remain unaffected. An early start requires a separate express request. Any deduction for services already supplied must be lawful, proportionate and properly disclosed. For a space supplied on a uniform basis, the calculation uses the agreed total rental price multiplied by the proportion of the agreed rental period actually supplied before withdrawal. Unusable periods and any reduction in usable service are excluded. If the total price is excessive, the market value of the supplied service controls instead. The renter receives the calculation. No early-service deduction is made without the required request and information. The right ends on full performance only when the renter gave the required prior express consent and acknowledged that consequence. A valid withdrawal before the rental starts receives a full refund. No parking-specific exemption is assumed. Each expressly agreed follow-on booking is a separate contract with its own confirmation and withdrawal right. Cancelling or withdrawing from one booking does not automatically end another booking. The acknowledgment can be sent to the email address saved with the booking or another email address stated in the declaration.
